Moto C and Moto C Plus launched. Lenovo-owned Motorola unveiled the most awaited phones – Moto C and Moto C Plus today at a price tag starting Rs 6,200 and Rs 6,900 respectively. Both the smartphones will be made available beginning this spring. At the moment, Moto C and C Plus will hit only selective markets like — Latin America, Europe, and Asia Pacific, however, later these devices will enter other marketplaces as well. Moto C and Moto C Plus is expected to hit the Indian shores by June. Moto C is announced in two variants, wherein one comes with a 3G connection at EUR 89 (Rs 6,200) and the second variant comes with 4G option, which is priced at EUR 99 (roughly around Rs 6,900). Both Moto C and Moto C Plus are running on Android Nougat operating system. While there are certain similarities, there are differences between as well.Moto CMoto C is launched in two options – 3G and 4G. The smartphone sports a 5-inch FWVGA display and runs on Android 7.0 Nougat. Furthermore, the device is powered by a 1.1GHz MediaTek MT6737M quad-core Cortex-A53 processor. Both 3G and 4G versions of Moto C come with 1GB of RAM. While on the storage front, the device comes in two versions – one with 8GB memory and the other with 16GB internal storage. The smartphone sports a 5-inch (720×1280 pixels) display and runs on Android 7.0 Nougat operating system. Further, Moto C is powered by a 1.3GHz MediaTek MT6737 quad-core Cortex-A53 processor and comes packed with 2GB of RAM. Storage wise, Moto C comes with 16GB memory. On the camera front, the smartphone comes with 8-megapixel camera sensors on the rear panel which comes coupled with f/2.2 aperture, autofocus, a LED flash and more. Moto C is backed by a much-improved battery when compared to the Moto C. Moto C Plus is backed by 4000mAh battery.Both the smartphones will be available beginning this spring. The company is reportedly planning up on adding new smartphones to its Moto G, Moto E, and Moto Z and Moto X series also.
